The Circumstance Is...

So...since we're planning a war, an economic climatic war...we're going to need uniforms to fit the bill.

Victims of Circumstance, officially launches their first collection next spring that would be the ideal attire for such a situation. The collection showcases vintage-inspired fabric with modernized shapes, fringe skirts, and sheer shirts. Yum.

Now mind you, this war that I speak of is only in thy mind. I mean can you really see me in a sheer top with an AK-47 in my hand? I think not...
