My Bullseye Just Got Hooked UP.

Rodarte does Target. The prices will run from $10-$80....shit we can afford. It will hit stores and Target.com February 6th 2010.

A Target spokesman told WWD:

“It’s very feminine, yet very modern. The collection incorporates a rich mix of patterns and fabrications and everything from sequins and bows to faux fur. The key with Rodarte is layering.”

...Rodarte, which is known for evening clothes, designed “a variety of great holiday dresses,” Thomas said. “There are stand-alone pieces and pieces that can be worn together to create an ensemble by layering different patterns, textures and prints.”

I think I can die a happy woman. Stay tuned for pictures.

Trend Alert: Jeggings

Jeggings.

Just when you thought Leggings couldn't get any crazier...they come out with Jeggings. Jeans + Leggings. I bought a pair of Jeggings from Target last year and tried to wear them with just a top, but I felt that I was breaking some natural laws of nature. So I stashed them...hid them with my Skort. Now, I wonder if I should embrace this unruly trend...embrace it and love it. But maybe not.

Anyways, Topshop has a way too expensive pair for $70 made from cotton, polyester, and spandex, for that suck-it-in, painted-on look. Note: If you aren't comfortable wearing regular leggings with just a shirt, you will not be comfortable wearing Jeggings with just a shirt as well. They are not really Jeans. Remember that.

Some ideas on how to wear Jeggings:

1. With a long belted tunic.
2. Sequince shirt and long Boyfriend Blazer.
3. Short flowy dress.
4. Tight fitting American Apparel Scoop Neck Dress
5. Asymmetrical tunic.

ALWAYS WEAR JEGGINGS WITH HEELS. OR YOU WILL LOOK CHUBBY. PROMISE ME...

Topshop suggests you to, "Release your inner rock chic and team with a leather biker, motto tee and killer heels."

You can also grab a pair from H&M, they are way cheaper. My friend bought some, and they look great on her.

Anna Sui: Target Collaboration

Anna Sui is said to be next in line for the Designer Collaboration Series for Target, after acclaimed designer Alexander McQueen. The line was inspired by the ladies of Gossip Girl.

I HEART Gossip Girl.

She used different materials such as metallic jacquard, herringbone, silk, and chiffon with tulle, lace, and sequin detailing. Oooo fancy right?

The line will be in over 200 Target brand stores on September 13th. But everyone knows its way easier to shop this online...to avoid the dumb Target employees. Yes, I used to work there.

Anywho, stay tuned for exclusive pictures of the line. I just hope this collection doesn't look too much like Cher and Dion from Clueless circa 1994. Although I love that movie, no one wants to see book-bag purses on the backs of tacky girls EVER again...even though my mother still wears hers. Deg.
